Hindu groups to meet in Goa
6/8/2012 3:57:00 PM

Panaji, June 8 (IANS) Over 200 members of 50 right-wing Hindu groups are to congregate in Goa Sunday for an all-India conference to discuss and chart out an action plan aimed at making India a 'Hindu' nation.

According to the organisers, the five-day 'All India convention for establishment of a Hindu nation' hosted at the Ramnathi temple complex in Ponda, 35 km from here, will also discuss issues related to persecution of Hindus in a Hindu-majority India.

It is expected to be attended by representatives from organizations like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's 'Art of Living', the controversial Sri Ram Sene and followers of godman Asaram Bapu, according to the organizers, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), among others.
