Ex footie star Fevola credits 'Dancing With The Stars' for saving marriage
6/12/2012 2:10:00 PM

Melbourne, June 12 (ANI): Former AFL star Brendan Fevola, who has been booted out of 'Dancing With The Stars', has credited the show for turning his life around.

The once-troubled footballer, who has battled highly publicised bouts of drinking and gambling, claims his life has done a full turnaround since he was making news for all the wrong reasons 18 months ago.

I never thought dancing would do anything in my life, let alone turn my life around, the Daily Telegraph quoted Fevola as saying.

Now happily settled back in the family home with his once-estranged wife Alex and their children, Fevola said he couldn't be happier.

I'm spending a lot of time with the kids.

I do the school runs and I'm loving playing footy again, he added. (ANI)
