Washington, June 12 (ANI): Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have reportedly broken-up for a second time, just weeks after they went public with their rekindled romance.

According to Celebuzz.com, the actress began dating the Bon Jovi rocker in 2006, shortly after his marriage to Heather Locklear had broken down, while the former Bond girl separated from her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Contactmusic reported.

However, the duo subsequently split, but reunited again in 2011.

The star couple confirmed their relationship on the red carpet of the 12th Annual Golden Heart Awards in Los Angeles in May 2012.

However, recently, the pair reportedly fell out again before the 'CMT Awards' in Nashville last week, breaking up for a second time.
