Nani believes City won Premier League by 'pure luck'
7/12/2012 4:39:00 PM

London, July 12 (ANI): Manchester United winger Nani has said that Manchester City were lucky to win the Premier League.

It hurt to miss the league title in the last minute, but City had incredible luck that day, the Daily Express quoted Nani, as saying.

The Portugal winger also offered a stark warning to City that the United are ready to take their crown back this season.

Hopefully next season is our turn and it's up to us to make that happen, he said.

Nani made his senior international debut in September 2006 in a friendly match against Denmark and scored his first international goal during the 4-2 defeat in Copenhagen. Since his debut, he has made 52 appearances and scored 12 goals for Portugal. (ANI)
