Myanmar to import buses from Japan

Yangon, July 18 (IANS) Myanmar will import 3,000 buses from Japan, Xinhua reported Tuesday.

The buses, to be used in Yangon, are expected to arrive in three months.

The number of vehicles in Myanmar stood at 2.37 million in May, including 1.96 million motorcycles, 270,157 cars, 68,376 trucks, 19,349 buses, transport department data show.
