Travolta rubbishes assault charges
8/6/2012 2:50:00 PM

Los Angeles, Aug 6 (IANS) Actor John Travolta has reportedly denied claims of a cruise ship worker being assaulted by him, saying Fabian Zanzi is lying.

Fabian had claimed that the actor had sexually assaulted him during a neck massage on a Royal Caribbean cruise and even offered to pay $12,000 to not reveal the incident which took place in 2009, but Travolta has labelled it false claims in the documents he has filed Saturday, reports tmz.com.

In the court documents, Travolta admits being on the cruise but refuses to accept committing any misconduct there.

The 58-year-old has also stated that Fabian has failed to provide details of sexual assault.

Travolta wants the lawsuit dismissed and for Fabian to pay his attorney's fees.
