London, August 6 (ANI): Abbey Clancy fuelled speculation that she has had lip implants as she covered her famous pout with her hand as she stepped out for a family meal.

It is not the first time Abbey, 26, has sparked claims she has been under the knife - in December she was snapped with apparently swollen lips at a Christmas lunch.

Footie ace hubbie Peter Crouch and their 18-month-old daughter, Sophia Ruby, joined the blonde beauty and the family made their way to lunch in Liverpool, the Sun reported. (ANI)
