Mumbai, Aug.9 (ANI): a fire engulfed an apartment complex in Mumbai's Tardeo area on Thursday evening.

Fire service officials and witnesses said that the fire was still raging at Everest House in Tardeo.

Television reports said that at least eight fire engines have been sent to the building to douse out the flames.

Police and fire service officials said that so far no casualties have surfaced, and added that the area has been cordoned off till the rescue operation is complete and the fire is doused. Further details are awaited. (ANI)
