Wellington, Aug 23 (ANI): Rugby legend Jonah Lomu, who is suffering from a kidney disorder nephrotic syndrome, has revealed that he might require another kidney transplant soon.
Lomu said he was trying his best to live a normal life after a spell in hospital earlier this year.
I'm trying to live my life as normal while knowing that I will maybe have to have another transplant. I'm on dialysis three times a week, Stuff.co.nz quoted Lomu, as saying.
The former All Black was diagnosed with kidney problems in 1995. Radio host Grant Kereama donated him a kidney in 2004 but his body eventually rejected it.
The 37-year-old fell ill again during last year's Rugby World Cup and spent several days in hospital in February losing 30 kilogram. (ANI)
